What is an EOR?
An EOR is an Employer of Record. EORs are used for legal and tax purposes, handle all human resource functions, and carry all insurance.

Who does Experiant Medical Staffing use as an EOR and when are they used?
Back Office Staffing Solutions is Experiant Medical Staffing's EOR. They are used for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and per-diem (contract) staffing placements.

Does Experiant Medical Staffing use an EOR for direct placement staffing?
No. Experiant Medical Staffing only use an EOR for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and per-diem (contract) staffing placements.

How can I access the Portal?
You may access your client portal using this link. You will have access to the W9, timecard approvals, associates, assignments, and outstanding invoices.

Where can I find the Certificate of Insurance?
The Certificate of Insurance is sent to you once our agreement has been signed by all parties. It is also available through the portal.

When are timecards due?
Our workweek is from Sunday to Saturday. Associates must turn in their timecard for approval by Sunday 11:59 PM each week. Client approvals are needed by Monday 11:59 PM EST for the prior week.
